The estate has its own private access to the beach, which is a 5 min walk, or there is place to park near to the entrance onto the beach. Fishing is allowed in the estuary as well as canoes.
The Estate is surrounded by lush, green sub tropical forest with Fish eagles who make their presence known to all around.

This is a 6 sleeper villa with three bedrooms each with their own bathroom en suite.
The main bedroom has a double bed with built in cupboards and dressing table as well as a full bathroom en suite. It has French doors that open up onto a veranda which overlooks the estuary lagoon and Indian ocean.
