The Gateway Theatre of Shopping is an approximate five minute drive away.The block consists of four units only on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are two apartments on each floor with a commercial section occupying the ground floor. The parking area and stairway entrance for the apartments is behind an electric gate and fencing and the unit is fully alarmed with ADT security. There is no lift, but the stairs are very gradual
