Hotel Description
Accommodation comprises 10 well-appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Warm wooden floors and décor in shades of honey are completed by comfortable beds with crisp percale linen. Each room is fully serviced and stocked with tea, coffee and biscuits. Other in-room amenities include TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi Internet access.Sumptuous breakfasts are served in the open-plan dining room and lounge. The winter chill is kept at bay by a roaring log fire and, during summer, one is able to enjoy the scented rose garden. Secure parking is provided.
Conversely, a five-minute walk takes one to the Struben Dam, situated on the meandering Waterkloof Spruit. This 11-hectare bird sanctuary is ideal for bird watching and fishing, as the dam is stocked with bass, carp and barbel. Johan and Danél are happy to advise on transport and cultural tours of Pretoria and surrounding areas.
