12 On Vaal guesthouse was established when Pim and Veronica Pieterse decided to upgrade their home to a 10 bedroom on suite guesthouse which they wanted to share with their guests.

The property is situated on the R57 (Golden Highway to Sasolburg). Hot water to the bathrooms is provided by three 300 litre solar systems and a 38 Kva diesel generator provides back-up power should there be a power failure.

DSTV and Wi-Fi is available in all bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners. the rooms are furnished with bar type refrigerators. 4 rooms are self catering and are fully equipped
