Hotel Description

6 on Kloof was built by Sarel Uys, a family acquaintance of Andre in the 1920's. The house was built from a template of a house in Leiden in Netherland he once visited. After his death, the house was sold to Mr. Human for £2000 in 1944 by his widow. Standard Bank bought it from them and beautifully kept it in perfect condition for the years to come.

In 2003 Andre Uys bought the house, not knowing that his father's baptism photo's were taken on the front stoep. 6 on Kloof guest house again belonged to the Uys family.

Situated only 100 m from the Shipwreck Museum, 6 on Kloof Guest House is located in the heart of Bredasdorp. The Dutch collonial house offers the tranquility of the 1920s. The property has a large garden where guests can relax. WiFi access is available.

The are tea-and-coffee making facilities in the rooms, satellite TV and heaters.
