Located on the Western Cape Whale Coast, Romans Villa is an ultra-luxurious, self-catering beachfront vacation home within the secure gated Romansbaai Beach & Fynbos Estate in Gansbaai. The villa is situated on a large, fenced plot of around 2,300 square metres, is beautifully landscaped and irrigated, providing guests with the ultimate in spacious accommodation and supreme privacy.The Villa comprises 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms over three levels, each with its own spacious en-suite bathroom and private veranda, 4 of which have an additional outdoor shower. The living and dining area opens up onto a timber deck leading to the swimming pool replete with timber recliners for you to soak up the African sun.
An expansive terrace on the first floor with timber bench seating allows you to enjoy the endless beach, ocean and mountain views on wind-free days and a fully enclosed, furnished entertainment veranda with built-in barbecue, solid oak feature bar with Miele appliances, flat-screen satellite television and wireless Bose sound system overlooks the lawn area and outdoor fire pit with magnificent panoramic views.
A short walk will take you down to the private beach where you can bask in the sun or partake in some water sports. There is a DVD library that caters for family and children to enjoy when the weather isn’t good and you want to relax in front of the log fire in the living room.
There is a fully kitted kitchen, a protected courtyard with outdoor furniture and three over-sized garages for all the toys, and additional parking on the property for guests.
A daily cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee and a private chef can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
