Off the N3 freeway, this tranquil lodge on 12 hectares of bush is 7 km from KwaZulu-Natal National Botanical Garden and 20 km from the African Bird of Prey Sanctuary.
Laid-back round huts with thatched roofs have flat-screen TVs, minifridges, tea and coffeemaking facilities, and en suite, shower-only bathrooms. Family cabins sleep up to 4 guests, and upgraded units add sitting areas.
A rustic garden-view restaurant serves breakfast and dinner for a surcharge. Other amenities include a bar and BBQ grills, plus a shared lounge. Parking is available.
