Hotel Description

Le Verger is situated in the centre of the unique Devon Valley on the western outskirts of Stellenbosch.

Surrounded by wine farms, we grow olives, pecans, almonds and lavender.

There are two olive groves on the hill behind the main house with a total of 850 trees, consisting of Mission, Frantoio, Leccino and Coratina, grown to the proportion that provides distinctive and unique extra virgin oil.

Some of the Mission olives are carefully handpicked and preserved in a blueberry dressing.

Le Verger, an olive and lavender farm, offers double en-suite rooms and self catering cottages about 7 km from the centre of Stellenbosch.

The double rooms have a private entrance, tea-and-coffee making facilities, a fan and a small fridge. There is also a large communal barbecue.

Le Verger is next to Brenaissance Wine Estate, 10 minutes from Asara Wine Estate and 35 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
