We are an exclusively designed Executive and Superior establishment with a large outdoor swimming pool with lovely covered outside patio where you can enjoy either sun downers or just to relax.

There are also two lounges available if you prefer to be indoors. Lovely individual breakfasts beautifully prepared and served with ‘love’ and ‘fresh herbs’ from our garden which may be enjoyed in our cosy dining room or outside patio area.

Manor 38 is situated in the seaside suburb - Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth and is within walking distance to some of the local beaches, a Shopping Mall with a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Banks and a few Restaurants.

The local Boardwalk Casino Complex is 1km away and there are various other Restaurants and Pubs within walking distance. Both relaxed and fine-dining available.
