The Strand also has an Olympic-sized, indoor pool which is centrally heated and is open all year round. The coast between the Lourens River mouth and up to Rooi Els is popular with beach fishermen and rock anglers.

Jacoma Hof 21 is a spacious and modern holiday apartment located in Strand, with partial sea and mountain views. The apartment is nearby numerous shops and restaurants as well as the beautiful Strand main beach.
The apartment comprises a spacious bedroom and can accommodate 4 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double and ample cupboard space. There is also 2 single beds in the lounge area which can accommodate the fourth person. The bathroom has been equipped with a shower, toilet and basin. The lounge also holds comfortable couches and an open-plan kitchen, fitted with everything guests will need for self-catering. There is also a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals.
