Mountain View Manor offers Affordable Accommodation in, Sandbaai Hermanus and boasts such an esteemed pedigree, that a stay there is bound to be steeped in memory-making moments! Each inch of the Manor is thoughtfully designed, with hand-made and re-purposed furniture making appearances everywhere. A key focus is on the bed experience, ensuring that your nights rest will be a great one! Charlise, an executive chef by trade, will ensure that your taste buds are also kept “very happy” with her unique breakfasts,we also cater for Halal and Vegetarian breakfasts.There are also 2 wings to the building, the East wing comprises of a family unit with 3 bedrooms (main en-suite), a 2nd bathroom, an open plan kitchenette / lounge, with adjoining private patio and braai facilities and private entrance. The West Wing accommodates en-suite bedrooms, games lounge, sun room, lounge area with cozy fireplace, library, patio, sundeck and DSTV for those who don’t want to miss their urban spoils! For those looking for a getaway from their manically busy lives, the outside covered patio is ideal to watch breathtaking sunsets enjoying a cold beverage or just to sit back with your favourite book.
The guesthouse is ideal for small groups, couples or a small family either as an ideal base from which to explore the area, that quite relaxing holiday, an ideal overnight stop, or for a special occasion and we do allow small dogs (Dog Friendly - Pet Friendly) by arrangement. Mountain View Manor is the latest property, and expansion into the Western Cape, of the family owned hospitality business which has 2 other guesthouses in the Magaliesburg, namely Out of Africa and La Provence, as well as the World famous Goblin’s Cove Restaurant.
