Anchorage is located in a quiet up market residence on the hill of Margate, (600m – 1.2km) to numerous amenities, shopping centers and beaches including the Manaba and Margate beaches. Most of the units has its own private, enclosed garden and all have private braai areas. The property is entirely secured, including walls, automatic gate, and electric fencing linked to armed response. There is ample under cover on site parking. With a lovely garden and swimming pool, there is also a baby pool, jungle gym & a bunny hutch for the kids.
