Hotel Description

The self-catering family or twin units are air-conditioned, and each a private bathroom, kitchen, and living area. The bathrooms each contain a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2-plate stove, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils. The living areas each contain a TV with a selection of DStv channels.

We have a jungle gym for kiddies to one side of the units and a swimming pool in front of the units. Each unit is river facing and guests are welcome to bring along their fishing gear. There are 3 small boats that are available for guests to use to row out onto the river, as their own risk.

There is a concrete braai facility in front of the units, as well as moveable braais that can be taken down to the river's edge, and brought back when the braai is finished.

Impact Self Catering offers self-catering accommodation based at a Christian Mission training facility overlooking the Vaal River. The property is approximately 32 km from Parys, or 24 km in the opposite direction to Vaal Mall. The Vintage Yard Wedding Venue is approximately 12 km away. Parys is a 30 minute drive away, where there is lots to see and do, and for the adventurous there is river rafting, hiking in the Vredefort Dome, quad biking and lots more.
