The fully furnished house comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and there are 2 single beds in the third bedroom. All of the beds have electric blankets, ideal for those cold winter nights. The bathroom has a shower-over-the-bath and a basin, and the toilet is next door. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and has built-in cupboards.

The lounge has comfortable seating and a fireplace, and Wi-Fi is available. The living area leads out onto a patio, where there is outdoor seating and braai facilities. Undercover parking is available for 1 vehicle, as well as additional parking space in the yard for 2 more vehicles.
