The house is ideal for a family and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. The house is split across 2 levels and comprises a living and dining area attached to an open-plan kitchen on the top floor. This leads through timber stacked doors out onto a deck with outdoor seating and braai facilities. This is the ideal spot for guests to relax outdoors and enjoy the view. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs, 1 bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom contains twin beds. The third bedroom is located downstairs and contains a double bed. The sleeper couch will accommodate 2 guests. The entertainment room is situated on the ground level and contains a bar, pool table, dartboard, and DStv, this room leads out onto the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a toaster. The rooms are light and fitted with a combination of fans and air-conditioning. Off-street parking and a double garage will ensure for secure parking.The house is a 5 minute drive to Myoli Beach, where Kabeljou fish are rumoured to lurk. The lagoon is also located within close proximity. Apart from the beach and lagoon, Sedgefield offers a variety of restaurants, as well as the Wild Oats market on a Saturday. Wilderness and Knysna are both located 20 minutes away in either direction.
