Lodge 72 can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an upstairs loft room, and an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The upstairs loft room contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as a breakfast bar with 6 stools. The lounge contains comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. The lounge opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and a built-in braai. The house also has a boma with a firepit and seating to enjoy the relaxing bushveld atmosphere.
Sondela offers an on-site restaurant and bar, a farmyard coffee shop, a general dealer for basic necessities, communal swimming pools, a wildlife centre, and the on-site Iketla Wellness and Spa. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy including game drives, horse rides, bicycles for hire, a 4x4 obstacle course, and guided quad rides.
