Vikings Rest sleeps 6 and is situated in a tropical garden of 2500 square meters and is wheel-chair friendly. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a hand basin and a toilet. The second bedroom has twin single beds while the second bathroom has a shower, hand basin and a toilet. There is a double bed sleeper couch in the lounge, all bed and bath linen is supplied. There is a TV with DStv. The kitchen is well equipped with eye level oven and microwave and LG fridge/freezer.

The kitchen, dining room, and lounge area is open plan, and the house, garage, and patio floors are fully tiled. There is a lockup garage with a courtyard with an outside shower with hot/cold water has been fitted. The house and garage have been fitted with a 24-hour reaction alarm system. A washing machine has also been fitted in the garage. There is also a built-in braai on the covered patio.
