Tharrakamma is an 18 room upmarket guest house with modern decorated rooms, specially created for your convenience and comfort (privacy respected). Spacious on the inside, as well as on the outside with garden seating, a swimming pool and barbecue facilities.
Breakfast is served in our mutual dining room or on the porch - wherever it suits you best. We provide lunch & dinner on request, however, for the independent individual, we also offer a self-catering option. With the stamp of approval you can always be assured of the high standards you'll experience throughout your stay.

Experience the lovely countryside in absolute splendour at Tharrakamma Gastehuis in Vredendal. From here you can explore the beauty and tranquillity of the Namaqualand and the unspoiled beaches of the West Coast.
We offer two self-catering chalets that are tastefully decorated with wooden African furniture, and ten en-suite guest rooms. Enjoy the private bar facilities, the mutual dining area, the braai area and the lovely swimming pool.
Trips can be organised for the Olifants River Wine Route, hiking trails, bushman paintings, the Ouberg waterfalls, horse riding and sightseeing in the Namaqualand wildflowers during August and September.
Visitors preferring a moderate climate will love the cooler April and May season.
