The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge is fitted with a flat-screen TV with DStv, DVD and CD player. This unit also has braai facilities and secure parking for 1 vehicle.
The Sandpiper Apartment sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with a double bunk bed.
