This beautiful unit boasts a great ocean and beach facing balcony for dolphin, whale and boat watching.The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished and orientated towards self-catering guests. The bedrooms are fully equipped with linen, a dressing table, sliding windows and a safe for valuable items. Each room is also fitted with a ceiling fan. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath and the second with a shower. It has a spacious open-plan kitchen including all electrical kitchen appliances. The lounge is equipped with comfy couches, a TV with family DStv bouquet, a ceiling fan and air-conditioning for those really hot or cold days. There are big sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony. The balcony has a full gas braai. Alternatively, one can simply relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Uvongo's beach, lagoon and waterfall are within walking distance from the unit as the complex has a private entry onto the beach. Furthermore, the complex offers a communal swimming pool area, tennis courts which are easily accessible, communal braai areas, kiddie’s pool and a self-service laundromat. The complex has 24-hour on-site patrolling security, each unit has secure parking for cars and trailers.
Laguna La Crete is 3.5 kilometres from Shelly Centre Mall and 3,7 kilometres from Margate beach. Shops on the beach vary from selling ice cream all the way to sit down restaurants. It is ideally situated close to shopping centres, restaurants, and the waterpark at the Casino, which is 25 kilometres away.
