La Casa Compartida is a beautiful fully furnished villa situated in Die Heuwel, in the San Lameer Golf Estate in Southbroom. San Lameer Estate is also a nature reserve, where only 40% of the land has been developed, and has strict regulations that govern the preservation of the indigenous forest.The villa, which is fully serviced daily, has beautiful golf-course views and is only a short drive from Marina Beach, which is accessed via a private and secure gate from the estate itself.
The villa consists of four en-suite bedrooms, and a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area leads out onto the large patio area with a swimming pool, and outside dining for ten people.
Whether it’s 18 holes of golf on a championship course, 9 holes of fun on the Par 3 or splashing about in the resort swimming pool situated next to the hotel, the leisure options are endless. There are tennis courts with lights, squash courts, a bowling green and a playground for the kids. Walks will bring you close to nature with an abundance of birds and small buck, and there is a fishing dam only a short stroll away from the house.
