The apartment has a private entrance, and is part of a small complex which is generally quiet (quiet time from 22:00). The apartment is spread over 3 floors (not wheelchair friendly), with the lounge, kitchen and dining room on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second floor. A fourth bedroom on the ground floor, has a seperate entrance. The garage on the ground floor, is unavailable to guests. There is a small storage room on the ground floor, which contains a portable braai, camping chairs, and umbrellas which can be used on the balcony or in the courtyard.The apartment can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom on the ground floor, has a seperate entrance, and is suitable for older children and teenagers (includes a flet screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine for guests convenience. A Nespresso Coffee Machine as well as French Press is available for use. (Please note that electricity is prepaid. There is a petrol station within walking distance to purchase credit.)
