Hotel Description
The lodge offers 4 bedrooms that are located in the main lodge and the secondary chalet. The main lodge rooms are furnished with 2 three-quarter beds each, and 1 of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The chalet rooms are also furnished with 2 three-quarter beds each, and 1 of these rooms also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two of the rooms are furnished with single sleeper couches. Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge, a microwave, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can enjoy their meals at the indoor or the outdoor dining table, and can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with DStv. The lodge is fully serviced by the on-site staff, and meals can also be prepared on request, at an additional cost.
Bar facilities, as well as outdoor braai facilities, are available for use, and guests can cool down in the swimming pool which overlooks the dam and lovely surrounds.
Makgoro Lodge offers a variety of activities such as hiking, mountain biking, birdwatching, game tours, as well as fishing.
